THE NEW STAINLESS STEEL & POM CDR FOAM LANCE

the bar on cleaning and car wash market introducing the new stainless steel & POM Foam Lance. Stainless Steel AISI 304 body and Polyoxymethylene (POM)
delivery for this new foam lance that, in addition to ensuring exponential
increased product longevity when compared with traditional brass foam lance, allows to
have a more lasting, perfectly dense and full-bodied foam compared to traditional
versions. A 100% recyclable product that reduces by 35% the detergent consumption.
The classic lances, made of brass, have all parts made with
this material that undergo an inexorable deterioration because of chemical
reactions triggered between the detergent and the brass itself. On the other
hand, on the new foam lances, with external stainless steel body, corrosion
or oxide formation do not occur.
With the
traditional versions, in fact, oxidation ends up also clogging the filter
that, blocked because of oxide micro flakes, negatively affects the quality
and quantity of foam released. A problem solved with the new filter, made of
pressed wires made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which prevents oxidation and
ensures a duration increased by 150%.
Thanks to the high quality
of the materials chosen for the new CdR foam lance, which are stainless steel and POM, you have the guarantee of a
high resistance even with the use of the most aggressive chemical agents.
