Fog
makers are systems that operate by fog nozzles,
placed on the ring on the output of a powerful fan that throw into the air billions of tiny micronized water droplets up to 60 metres away
with a rotation range of 340°.
The added value of Idrotech Fog Makers, compared to
common systems on the market (which work up to 15 bar if powered by a
re-start pump), is the ability to set the systems in both low and high pressure up to 70 bar, using a number of nozzles much higher than that of similar
plants present on the market.
Rino has
a ring with 30 nozzles, Giraffa has two rings with 64 nozzles, Elefante has
three rings with 156 nozzles. The result is that
from the outlet of Fog Makers billions of micro drops, with an average
diameter of 13 micron, come out, they soar in the air and, before
evaporating, they catch dust particles becoming heavier and then they fall to the ground. It is a
technology that allows you to suppress dust, even the thinner dust (such as
coal or sulfur dust, or dust from steel plants), neutralize
odours, reduce the temperature of the surrounding area. All without wetting any surface.
