Starting from this number of Idronews, we focus on Idrobase Group work units, in order to get to know better the methods of work of a company which is constantly looking for an improvement of its processes, to adapt them to the new requirements of the market. Let’s start from the order management.

Referring especially to spare parts and accessories, we manage the orders to have them fulfilled within 3 working days. This is possible thanks to a completely computerized process and to the scrupulous work of the shipping staff. The electronic storehouse accommodates more than 10.000 items, including components, spare parts and accessories for pressure washers and misting systems.

The difference between this type of “vertical” storehouse and a “normal” one is that in the latter the operator has to go and collect the selected product by himself, while in a vertical storehouse a robotized system brings the item directly in the operator’s hands, reducing the time necessary to fulfil the order and give a feedback to the customer.
