The sales of Idrobase Group (four companies each specialized in a niche of the high
pressure water market) for the year 2010 are significantly up 16% over 2009
sales. Such gratifying increase in sales is even
more remarkable considering that the business recovery of the industrial
pressure washers market has given only a fragile sign of upswing during the
current year.
Idrobase Group result has nearly reached the threshold of 7
million Euro, hitting the target company and fully recovering last year’s
temporary setback, caused by the effects of global crisis. Idrobase overcame
the crisis especially thanks to major investments in new products and to the
constant search of new markets.
As a matter of fact, in the distribution of revenues, the
incidence of non-UE countries has grown (58%) and is higher than that of
European Union countries (21%) and Italy (21%). Today Idrobase exports in 82 countries around the world and
only three European countries (that is to say Italy, Great Britain and
Portugal) are part of such top ten sales of the team led by Bruno Ferrarese
and Bruno Gazzignato. Especially Russia, Japan, Argentina, Australia,
Kazakhstan and Mexico are included in this ranking.
Our 2011 goals
“We consider the result of 2010 as a springboard to the future” said Bruno Ferrarese. For 2011,
a 12% turnover increase is expected. “To achieve such result, we count a lot
in the launch in the market of new articles produced in 2010 and included in
the newest Catalogue of Solutions, now available in an impressive six
languages”.
But 2011 will be a year of particular importance for the group
that will celebrate the 25th year of life with a great event. New products
“Made in Italy” are already being designed: industrial
high pressure washers (from 300 to 700 bar) by
Idrobase; new, programmable, multi-line fogging
systems by Idrotech; a new line of spare parts to
service any high pressure washer by Club dei Riparatori and a new,
revolutionary cooling system by Perfect Cool. All these innovations will be
launched during the new year.
